All our products are packaged to ensure safe delivery without damage or breakage. We care about the environment so wherever possible we avoid using plastic or non-recyclable materials. We encourage you to reuse and recycle all packing materials.

Our delivery method will depend on your order. For smaller items we use Royal Mail 1st Class post which takes 1-2 working days for UK delivery. For larger items we will use a trusted courier company such as TNT or UPS to ensure secure delivery. For international deliveries we recommend you contact us prior to making an order so we can calculate a shipping cost for you and organise your purchase. At present it is not possible to place an international order directly in the store but we are always happy to help.

If you believe you may not be available to receive your delivery we recommend leaving a neighbour's address or rescheduling to a more suitable time - art work does not like to be left in cold or damp places like sheds or greenhouses.

All items should be returned in the same packaging they arrived in and should be wrapped to ensure safe, waterproof return. We recommend using Royal Mail for smaller items and we are happy to arrange courier collection of larger items.

If you parcel is damaged in any way on delivery please make sure you take photographs of the packaging and the item so we can solve the problem and seek compensation from the carrier.

We will always seek to resolve any lost or missing deliveries as soon as possible and make any refunds or exchanges as soon as the item has been returned to our studio.
