Luzençon 04

This mixed media work on paper forms part of the Luzençon series, created whilst in residence at The Mill during Summer 2026.

This incredible 17th Century flour mill in the Occitanie region of France, has hosted me for the part two years and I have been drawn to the tones and forms of the surrounding landscape; the wild expanses of sun-bleached terrain, the gentle movement of nature, the deeply layered flora of the local rivers.

Acrylics, oils, pencil, charcoal and pastel on heavyweight paper.

Signed and numbered on reverse.
This is an unframed study on paper, board backed and packaged in a biodegradable cellophane sleeve.
