Tarn 05

This mixed media work on paper forms part of the Tarn series, created whilst in residence at The Mill during Summer 2026.

This incredible 17th Century flour mill in the Occitanie region of France, has hosted me for the part two years and I have been drawn to the tones and forms of the surrounding landscape; the slow movement of nature, the layered flora of the local rivers, and the wild expanses of sun-bleached terrain.

Acrylics, oils, pencil, charcoal and pastel on heavyweight paper.
